     The area with one entrance door is surrounded by stone walls of 5-6 metres higher than the main road. Open parking spaces, walking paths, children's playground, swimming pool, landscaping and lighting are projected within the site.

     The foundation of building is raft foundation (the building’s entire foundation is of reinforced concrete (c20-25) in 50 cm thickness and iron system of 16) and is constructed over solid ground. The columns of the building are divided equally in x and y coordinates. Building columns are of draped column system and the floors’ columns are of Asmolen system. The girders are implemented as vertical rather than horizontal. The Asmolen system allows minimized sound penetration between the floors. Drainage and waterproofing of the foundation and heat insulation in necessary points are also provided.

     The choice of the iron, other construction materials and construction techniques are appropriate for the earthquake regulations and the total construction phase is controlled by the structure inspection firms.
